Yeah dude its a few gigs atleast, not including patches, you'd have to stagger it over a few months which is ridiculous.

Fuck that... I have a few big USB's Can I just go down to an internet cafe and download it there and put it on my ipod or something :p
or better yet go to a internet cafe that already has it, zip it up and chuck it on my computer?

Its about 14 GB for ALL the games. Then you add in the patches and I'd say roughly 16-17GB, give or take. If you don't have the space, my advice is don't bother because it could be used for something more valuable.

To answer your question: You could throw it on a USB storage device, but that's stupid BECAUSE you need to activate your account using the CD keys. Without the CD keys your account will be stuck in Vanilla WoW (The first one).

You activate your account on the battle.net website =/

You can goto an internet cafe and steal(if you can access it) their WoW folder and just run it off your HDD(Like I do).

Its not stealing if they don't lose anything? ^.^

This is a pretty good idea and your best bet if you only need the client and not an account.

remember that you need extra space, because when you download the cata pre patch which was (4.0?) something like that, it goes over it so the file becomes even bigger. I think I read on the forums you should have around 16 - 20 gig free and then it deletes old files which aren't needed :)

Depending on how fast your internet is you should only spend about 8 to nine hours downloading the whole thing.
