Jagex are muting worlds to prevent spam/autotypers. This is the 3rd world muted.

Jagex is going a bit to far with this. They need to fix these flaws in the new system.

Muting a whole world... If they were going to do that, do it to world 2, the amount of auto typers for dicing clans are ridiculous.
