Seems like a scam to me. I agree with stankin, I wouldn't try it.

i would say either paypal scam or identity theft. either way i wouldnt use it. why not just use ur own card?

The page isnt professional at all... It wasn't even spellchecked =/

Also the help page says they are notifying a hotmail account so I would say it's a definate scam.

 

The site doesn't look professional, but I don't see how they could scam you, tbh. If they did, you could always chargeback, correct?

 

Chargeback isn't guaranteed to work 100% of th time.
