Just recovered my old account!

Just recovered an account i've been trying to recover it for a very long time i had forgotten the password after it got banned but i recovered it and there's a problem.

Well when i went to go log in it was disabled. Nothing unusual right?

Well in the offense history it's all clean it's green and the only thing is... How do i fix this?... I can't appeal it... because the only thing there is offensive language and it's expired. What can i do?..


So i found out the account has negative credit.

 

Send them a message.

 

yeah contact jagex through there support system or just wait a few days.

Account Review thread in the contact us forums. If that is closed, post the issue in the Jagex Lite forums.

i had this same problem with my main. its actually bekause some how jagex messed up or........ your in negative credit.. so ya just go to become a member and it should say how much you owe blah blah blah jagex is gay o well.

Ya i lost the acccount around the time rwt was first stopped so it's been a good while

 

This happened to me. I sent them a email and i found out i owed them 93 days of membership.

Shit happens.

 

Message them.
