    Explanation of the trade:
    Not a scam report. just suspicious activity & not following my ToS

    I received a message from a member of staff mentioning axel's name

    I could of reported on the above date. but i dont like to make reports. so i gave him the benefit of the doubt & forgot about it. - As im not doing this to target his deposit of 500m.
    Only reason im deciding to now, is the suspicious activity, & the fact he know's hes broken a Tos, So he's trying to avoid me.

    I was having a general chat with my staff in workers chat about keeping things fair with jobs ect & Safe. i made this little comment at the end of our chat,

    Axel pm'd Boad regarding his application he put in a ticket. but i had already sorted & hired a couple hours before hand.

    Date:26/10/2020 ( 1 day after i make my little comment )

    I then received a message from my co partner " Boad " stating axel wanted to hand his notice in.
    Instantly i thought that was very odd. considering Boad involve him self in that side of things.
    Only communication he's ever had is the day he joined - before he knew boad dont get involved

    & Im sure every staff member can vouch, Boad quite frankly very rarely has anything to do with the services side of things, - He's still here simply due to the fact of our friendship & We ran a pking community before services. - Hes that inactive i dont think he's ever had a imposter reported in his name.

    I just find it very odd how on the 19/10/20 he is reported by a staff member.
    I make a comment on 25/10/20 about Following ToS
    On the 26th he avoids me & asks to hand his notice in (so he clearly understands we have a 14 day notice policy )

    28/10/20 - Seem's odd after his claims in the deleted post about his finance issues, surely if you was in that situation, you would not be stating things like this. you seem to have decent wealth to me

    - i then demote him on the 28th as i felt something is up. my whole point is. the reason he's asked my other VERY afk owner. This is due to he thinks he will just get paid out & not gone via me first


    Most of the afternoon i have been offline on discord. i come online this evening and get notified axel opend a ticket asking for his deposit, very shortly after i get online, he closes the ticket..Why is that?
    did you try get your refund early again as you know your guilty ? seems to me that you was in a rush for it, before i confront you about this claim.

    This is our first word's since he's handed in his notice & kept trying to get his deposit.
    Why would you not ask me? You know mainly its only me who handles payouts, if not me. head staff
    As you can see. its me who handles everything. - i understand me and Boad have very awkward names. but im sure its not to hard to tell apart.

    Edit: - He's made a Threat/scam report on me regarding his deposit. my intentions wasn't to claim it. just expose & remove. - With my evidence i posted of his claims, i now change this to a dispute against his deposit..
    Although im not to bothered if the decision is made that he keeps it. my part is done..

Side-note, it wouldn't matter which staff member I told. If I gave it to ANOTHER WORKER in the BAOD SERVICES DISCORD it automatically still falls under your TOS. Per the gyazo's posted above, and showing his UID I infact did give the work to Jahouiz. Thus i'm still under your TOS.

    Your mention about speed runs is because you've said to another member of staff you want to build mass load of them for 12.5m and sell to me or something, although that's not been discussed with me, it has my name mentioned in it

    I rarely payed attention to the workers chat outside of the discussions I had with Yoak or if I was in chat I would be memeing.

    I put in my request because my vehicle had been reposessed and I needed the money back to be able to afford to make my car payment for the following month.

    You stated I had not informed you however I informed your partner which then he told me he would get everything sorted. Clearly that was not the case.
    -Sidenote, I get baod and boad mixed up all the time.

    Regards to your comment on 10/25 I hadn't seen it because I do not believe I was on that night. Or If I was, I do not recall.
    10/26 I was extremely stressed and under the understanding that "BOAD" will handle my leaving by addressing other staff members.

    I understood that you had the 14 day policy in place so that is why I was fine with placing in my notice.

    Sidenote, Yes. Engagement ring does come first. I'll show you my bank statement from me paying out to get my car out of the reposession state if you're calling into question of that.

    With the question of whether or not I would be able to purchase an account from amish blue I had stated "IN JANUARY" I would be looking to purchase an account after I've already proposed to my girlfriend with the engagement ring.
    IN JANUARY. So my finances are still stressed meaning I would be unable to purchase the account currently.

    You demote me the 28th and I'm under the assumption that I was early terminated due to me putting my two weeks in which is fine, but I can't take on anymore work.

    I opened a ticket requesting more information as I was unsure if I would still receive my deposit + owed amount. I deleted the ticket in an effort to make peace with the thought of getting it in 14 days.

    I was AFK from Discord the past 2 days to get my financial situation figured out and working a ton of overtime and rarely getting on discord and I questioned in general chat why I was demoted.



    If I'm removed from my worker role without notice or notification, do you not think that I would want to know whether or not I would be able to get my deposit back? You state you would've given it back but now you're looking to keep it from these postings.

    Why was you unsure?. If you was why did you close it and not even pm me or mention it?

    Yeah, I didn't make this report to keep your depo that isn't my issue, just wanted to put my concerns across.
    But yea if it dose turn out your at fault, id happily put the 500m into community payback, or split to managers. Gp isn't my concern, its keeping customers safe

    - I closed the ticket because I was speaking with a FORMER staff member Yoak and I knew this was going beyond a ticket anyway from our discussion about this going to sythe.

    Yes I really do think you'd want to know why , hence I still can't get my head around why you've taken 2 days to ask about it, and it only got mentioned as I pmd you.
    - Two days of extreme stress upon getting my vehicle back. 10/28 I was without a vehicle and needed to find other means to my REGULAR JOB. 10/29 I paid to get my vehicle back which required me to take extra time out of my day to do this.

    I put in my two weeks because my girlfriend requested I put in more time with my actual job to afford to pay our bills because in all honesty, I don't have the time to make good money with baod services.

    I do appreciate the opportunity and customer safety is, was and always will be paramount and I'm fully understanding that this was a precaution. However how you went about it underhanded by not talking directly to me WHEN THIS FIRST WAS REPORTED. This was dirty which led to me posting on sythe as an effort and preventative measure for my own security.

    Matter of fact, why not post the entire transcript of that ticket? You found my ticket so very easily at the top of the pile. Why not go through and find the one that would clear my name?

    If I was outsourcing work, why wouldn't I just get another worker from another server to take on the tickets I've been struggling with?

    EDIT #3 : If you were so CERTAIN that I was outsourcing work, why were you asking the customer at 2PM yesterday for the date the ticket closed?..
    BECAUSE YOU NEVER VIEWED THE TICKET. You quoted it, and never batted another eye at it.

    If i was able to find the ticket, we wouldn't be in this situation, all i want is proof the job wasn't outsourced

    Notice the "Boad/Baod" mixup. - very weird considering you've never delt with him in any of the service section, payments,jobs, advice ect.


    What is the issue with me asking the customer of when his ticket closed? ( so i can try back trace the dates and find the ticket..Obviously.

    Nope not as of yet, Not sure if they are not automatically saving like they use to, I asked the customer and he told me axel did the job, he didn't mention any other worker name of mine,
    Although axel & the worker in question both say he it was done via them, The worker in question some how dont have screenshot in his runelite folder of 43-175 qp.(abit odd) Neither have I heard from this worker since 11th of October - Neither updated his folder.
    ( he has replied to axel stating he did the job, but has no proof/image's)
    Im legit lost on this situation, I dont know if il ever find a clear answer at this rate,

    I'm not wanting anything to happen towards axel/risk high, that's not my goal, neither is to keep his depo, he can most likely confirm I paid 250m back the otherday. My aim of this is/was to alert other provider's, IF an outsourcer leaves me & applys else where.
    Its part of looking out for ea other.

    After speaking with axel, I wouldn't say he's 100% liable, but until I can get hold of the worker in question, I won't really know for sure.

    I'm happy for this to be closed up..
