Worker taking days for reply & order taking way too long

Amount scammed: 130M for 1k green dragon kills + 55M for 50-70 rc at gotr + 130M + 15$ for 82-93 fishing and then changed the order a bit, paid 50M more to get it done different way and incrased the level aswell to 82-95. (TOTAL = 365m + 15$ MINUS some of the work thats allready done)

Explanation of the trade: Paid him for some services, hardly getting replies and the account is not being worked on as agreed.
How they scammed: Took payment but didnt finish off / even start some services.

He's been actively bumping his threads on Sythe, and hardly replies to his customers. There is atleast 2 other customers waiting for weeks for progress, just like me. They have been messaging me on Discord and after those messages I decided to open up this report.

I honestly dont trust him anymore, so I rather take the refund off the uncomplete services than let him on my account anymore (account is group ironman with pretty decent bank). I can take the refund in as services that does not require bank pin tough, but I cant wait 2 weeks to get account even logged in by him. Wasted too many bonds on this worker now (during some of the bonds he didnt even logged in even once)

There was no TOS agreed on, or I couldn't find any (the convo is around 6 months long with alot of messages)

Valentina is deleting messages on his discord server aswell from his customers that they notified everyone in the server about this report ( I have only talked him via private chat on discord tough )

I can screenshare the whole convo, or make video out of it if you want.

I dont honestly know what to do in this situation, as I dont really trust him with my bank pin (group ironman) anymore. Heard from other customer that he cleaned hes bank off the supplies (worth 4m) aswell, I cant put my group storage or my bank into risk like that.

I counted up that he owes me 100M from green dragons, 55M from rc and 50M from the 93-95 fishing, total of 205M osgp.
Either I dont feel like waiting another 1/4 year to get something done on the account.

Any advice?

 

You are not beholden to him and his service. You are free to request a refund. He will not be able to use the Sythe market until he returns your money. It is your choice whether to request a refund or continue experiencing poor customer service from this business.

 

Gave him an opportunity to pay me somehow, as I dont feel like hes going to refund me in $ in any scenario. I'll keep you informed if he happens to reply wich I dont think is going to happen tough.

 

I am going to go ahead and ban @ValentinaReady. They have yet to respond to a single report and refuse to cooperate. I will also be banning and DNT'ing his other account @SANBS.
