would cd keys bought from this site work for black ops?

So I found a site that sells russian black ops keys scanned from the dvd case like some members do here.

I was just wondering if anyone can say anything about the legitimacy of this site or similar sites and if the russian keys would work in the north america region or would I have to use a VPN to activate.

Well, It does say Region free...
So. That means it'd work no matter where its from.

 

Its region free, but its in Russian. Youll need to download the patch and follow the directions.

 

I bought my CD-key from www.g2play.net They are legit ^^
