    Please Help Me!

    When logging unto my account just today, I discover that it has been locked. I tried recovering the account, but each time Jagex denies it. I have entered my recovery questions correctly (at least i think i have) and filled out the subscription information. I did not set/register an email to the account however.

    the message the fkn auto response gives me each time is this:

    Denied

    Unfortunately, your appeal has been denied.

    The reason for your appeal being denied is below. Please read it carefully. If you have more information to give you can submit a new appeal containing the requested information. We will then be able to review your appeal with the extra information and action it accordingly

    Creation Details

    We require details on the creation of your account. This includes:
    Date the account was created. The more accurate the better.
    Country and State/Country/Region it was created from.
    Internet Service Provider used when the account was created (BT,Virgin,Comcast SBC etc.).
    These details can be entered into the 'Other Details' section at the bottom of the Appeal form.

    How the fuck am I suppose to know the date i created the account on? This is bullshit, I know even know the reason it got suddenly locked after playing on the account daily for 1 week. Can someone help me try and get this account back? Open to any suggestions and helpful comments.

    Why was it locked do you think?

    If this keeps happening you could try emailing in to [email protected] as an angry parent about their child's account.

    Laptop, I honestly have no idea. I bought it off another user here on sythe. Dunno if they are just trying to recover it, but not trying do the blame game and accuse them of anything yet.

    And thanks, ill try doing the parent method! Wish me the best.

    If you bought it here and someone is recovering it then there is a low chance of you getting it back, they are most likely on the original IP, which always wins a recovery no matter what.

    Accounts get logged when there are too many IP's loggin on it,
    I'm pretty sure there must be an option in the Lock Sceene to unlock it.

    Staff can have up to 3 UI's at the same time, so you'll see all 3 at different points.

    Yeah, if the seller is recovering from the original IP then it's highly unlikley he;ll get it back.
