NEw Runescape Updates...

I heard there is an update that takes away 20% of potential if you teleport away from battle....how gay. As if ep wasnt hard enough to gain in the first place...

also, is the runescape website down for any1 else?
edit: its back up for me now, but running slow

I realize this increases the value on binds, snares, etc and decreases the value on teleblocks.
