Explanation of the trade: Went on the site to buy gold, waited 2 hours to talk to the manager ‘ Drew ‘ said he could’ve serve me that he would refund in 7 business days, went back to live chat And talked to someone named Richard, then the live chat disconnects I try to go back to live chat and it seems like they banned me from live chat. it’s been over 10+ business days.

Amount scammed: $527.00

How they scammed: Won’t refund me.
