won_gold_gold SCAMMED for over 10k! (part 2)

First I want to say thank you for those who are supporting me during this. I'm happy to see people want justice when it is due.

Not sure if Sythe knew if I was the same person from the other post or not but here's my part 2.

I've read over this entire post and all of Sythe's replies in it and the main argument as to why this claim is not valid to him is I waited too long to report it. If this is true why wasn't I informed about this until AFTER I fully proved beyond a reasonable doubt that won_gold_gold scammed me? What was the point of the Sythe admins having me send my bank statements to them to prove I never received the money. They even asked me to send evidence proving the bank account number was mine after they saw no money was put into the account, which I provided. It wasn't until AFTER everyone was 100% certain won_gold_gold scammed me that the admins started saying I waited too long.

Is it really my fault that won_gold_gold tricked me with false hope into waiting for them to "fix" everything and then disappeared? Even to this day they are still trying to fill me with false hope that they will pay me. Sythe said he is sure won_gold_gold will pay me anyways but I'll let you decide if this looks like someone who plans on paying an outstanding debt.

Does it not seem ridiculous they told me to download wechat and then refuse to give me the wechat of the person in charge of won_gold_gold? Is it not unfair they can ignore me until I start making threats about posting our chat online for others to see?

Sythe said this is a stale claim meaning I waited so long to report won_gold_gold and that makes it's okay they scammed me for over 12k, but what do you do when you are unable to identify the person who scammed you? What do you do when you don't even know there is a place to report these people because you just got contacts on who to sell to from friends?

Sythe also brings up following the rules of US courts and talks about the statute of limitations. I believe it's also important to bring up that there are many states where you would have up to 20 years to report this incident!

Sythe said, "why didn't the claimant take the defendant to court at the time the dispute arose or at any time between now and then? They're both in the US (or at least both bank accounts are), it wouldn't have been difficult to do. Why wait 5 years then dump a report on sythe.org?" So what do I do when I have no information? Say I want to sue the guy who was using the skype bluesky?

I'm glad to know it's considered "dumping a report" when you come on Sythe to report someone for scamming


AND THE BIGGEST QUESTION I HAVE

If it's proven won_gold_gold scammed me why have they not been banned off sythe regardless of if I get my money back from them or not? Tell me there is no bias because I do nothing to help sythe.org and won_gold_gold gives money. If I scammed won_gold_gold and they reported me 5 years later I'd bet anything in the world I'd be banned from sythe if they proved it to be true like I did...

This is completely unfair by won_gold_gold to be able to scam me and it's not good for Sythe's reputation for allowing one of the biggest scams to ever be reported on this site to go unpunished and to allow them to continue to operate here.

UPDATE: I just called Chase bank and gave them won_gold_gold's account number and they told me information on this account DOES exist but they are not authorized to give me any information about transactions done on this account and to have the account holder call and they will give them any information they need. So once again why is won_gold_gold refusing to call Chase bank and find out what happened? It only took me 10 minutes to get in contact with someone who can open the information needed to find out what happened they just can't give it to me personally because it's not my account

We spoke on discord and were talking about potential ways to prove your statements. Before we proceeded further (because the next steps we had planned were fairly intricate), I wanted to check with @Sythe to see his thoughts on this situation. Staff handles nearly all reports/disputes independent of @Sythe but for unique reports (i.e. a 5 year old claim of $10k+) we bring him in and his response as you know was that your claim was too old for staff on this site to handle.
