*Used @Dbuffed as MM for a Pest Control Service. @ThrexServices was to get a total of 2500 PC points on two of my accounts (1250 points on each account) in three days for 72m 07. Poor communication straight from the get-go i.e. one or two word responses, not replying at all, ignoring critical questions related to the service, being absent for hours on end, not explaining said absence, claiming to be able to start the service "in like an hour" but actually starting the service two and a half hours later and sadly, the list goes on.

As for the service in question: Two and hours after he started servicing both of my accounts, he managed to accumulate a TOTAL of 100 PC points. Yet he claims he'll finish 2500 points in "3 days max" which is absurd and false. This is not a standard any customer should have to deal with. I gave him many chances and was patient with him but it ultimately had to come down to me cancelling the service.

Aftermath: I canceled the service and a fire was lit under this man's ass because he frantically started typing in the group chat. He embarrassingly tried playing the victim and when that didn't work he devolved the conversation into name calling. And after his last ad hominem, he left the group chat as if he was a toddler throwing a tantrum:

tl;dr - PC service for 2500 points in 3 days. Poor communication by Threx from the very start. Service commences: 100 PC points in two and half hours. Cancel service. Threx plays the victim. That doesn't work so he throws a toddler tantrum and here we are.


Like I said earlier, the Sythe community doesn't need service providers like @ThrexService , who waste time and who can't or won't practice the most fundamental part of being in a community like this: communication. I am hoping this RaS thread leads to TWC on Threx but if that's not the outcome, then I'm glad this thread helped shed some light on his bad trading practices.

For context: I gave Threx 5 hours notice on when my accounts would be ready for the Pest Control service (Intermediate boat requires 70 cb). I counted down every hour, giving him updates on levels left and exp left, COMMUNICATING with him and all he could give me was either no response or a thumbsup emoji as a reaction to my updates. When the service commenced two hours after he said he could start, it was then and there he took two and half hours to get 100 PC points.
