Yeah, as if you could possibly hope the quantify that.
Again, my suggestion would to let hiring people post in market discussion, and people looking for work post in that thread, or on the hiring threads. Keeps the amount of threads to a minimum, bolsters a bit of artificial activity, and its a lot less cluttered.
