Explanation of the trade:
On August 25, 2024: I initiated contact with K & R Account Building services not on the reputation of Kyle, but his business partner at the time Reaper (K = Kyle, R= Reaper). Upon doing so, we had come to an agreement for x15 Desert Treasure 2 accounts for $57 each to be completed in an estimated time of 1-2 months. I paid 126$ deposit for funding the accounts, along with another $100 as it was requested. Then I had provided extra gear to help complete the DT2 boss accounts. In almost 3 months, only 1 account was delivered.

How they scammed:
4/15 of the accounts had gotten locked. Kyle was issuing me replacements and one of the accounts he replaced my account with and the worker had shown updates (which means I provided funding for the account to be built aka my money was used to train and build the account), but all of a sudden this account which is completed and should have proceeded to be delivered to me was listed on open market places for $100. Before the posting of this, the worker messaged me saying he had his "main" to sell and was trying to charge me 100$. I was busy at the time so I didn't think much about it, but last night; it was brought to my attention that these were one of the accounts that was listed in my ticket as a replacement and build on the backbone of my funding. When I confronted Kyle, he kept deflecting the conversation and then finally said

"[WORKER] said it was a replacement then said its not a replacement".

My response: "???"

He further claimed that: "[WORKER] used his own gp" when said worker has often messaged me for funding as well as gear for the account to complete DT2. Yet Kyle claims that even with the update screenshots, the account was definitely funded by [WORKER] and was his own personal account.

This album contains the evidence of the replacement account and attempt to re-sell me the same account which I paid to be built and supplied for $100. It has also been listed in other marketplaces.
The RSN of the account is "Sg Flamess". It has 104 range (which has remained constant since the replacement image) and is now DT2 completed.

TLDR:
-Paid $126 + 100$ + 1 set of gear consisting of Bandos/BGS/Lightbearer, etc for x15 DT2 accounts. Total is $57 * 15 = 855.

-1 Account has been delivered. 14 remains. ETA was 1-2 months, now running 2.75-3 months.
-Accounts were locked and replaced. Funding provided by me for the replacement accounts were used and now [WORKER] is claiming that the account is his main and they are selling this account for $100 and attempted to sell me the same account for $100 as well.
-Suspicion of [WORKER] gold farming on the accounts to be trained.
-Kyle is unprofessional.

-Account has now been sold by the worker.
-Kyle thinks that there are 5 stages of cancer.

Kyle is refusing to pay the entirety of the $226 and laying a claim that the $126 is his since he covered the initial deposit since he made a mistake and thus lays claim he does not owe me it when I paid him that. The deposit was paid in GP at the current market rates of GP at that time as it was worth X amount of USD.

But anyways, was a overall shit show. K & R Services has gone through 2 co owners (Salt and TheReaper00). After exposing him, he decided to refund because he knows he is in the wrong but doesn't even want to refund the entire amount (lol). I know I can't get paid for the 3 months I am waiting, but overall, bad trading practices. I paid a total of $226 and paid $57 for 1 account completed.

UPDATE 3:
It has come to my attention that these accounts are not even hand trained as claimed by @K9E5. He has just provided me all of the accounts he had for me as "compensation" and the accounts are disgusting.

Evidence in this album shows that previous accounts from workers were botted on and were perm banned for macro. According to TOS provided by Kyle, he claimed "Hand Trained" when these are obviously botted. I am now further seeking compensation for the 1 account WHICH WAS delivered for $57 as this was advertised as hand trained.

The accounts he provided are no where near worth $226 as well. I am holding these as Kyle has told me he does not have the funding and says he won't have the money.

3 Key factors led me to buy from K & R (Kyle and Reaper), now known as K & S (Kyle and Scammers) Account Building Services:
1) Association with TheReaper00 and his reputation. (Reaper Left)
2) Hand Built (They botting)
3) Cheap (Cheap but fails to deliver)

 

Reaping didn't leave cause of that he left cause he did fuck all in the server matter of fact I kicked him for doing nothing so try again princess on that part
Plus the not mining you get that playing non botted you get it in the mining helper on runelite

 

He got all the accounts some that arnt banned so that takes money off what I owe him
Pay the rest out of my donator pot like God said he can do ban Me if yous want I couldn't give a flying fuck
Only people that loose out are my workers cause he cried like a bitch cause he couldn't get his own way

The accounts were 100% getting botted/gold farmed. Your workers said they were "locked" but they are BANNED. Your incompetence led you to be ignorant and not see the facts. The accounts were indeed banned. You just had to login to notice it.
