I decided id hand over the RSGP first considering i had dealt with this guy before. Instead of paying upfront first he goes offline for 10minutes so i start putting this scam report together then he comes back and says he disconnected so i lay it of but then he ignores me.

I just talked to him again today and hes claiming it was an impostor with different email and that i have no proof but i do.
