Of course it's based on stats, my friend is level 132 and STILL loses more than 80% of the tournaments he enters to higher levels.

88 minus 30-40 = 48-58 Combat -> This level couldn't even make it through a round in a duel tournament regardless of its stats.

Just ban this jerk, I honestly can't believe he made a couple hundred dollars selling a guide full of already known shit that still doesn't give you an advantage over anyone else and that you need an account level 110+ for before you can even hope to win any tournaments.

Also, I really feel it was terribly wrong of all those verifiers to verify the guide and that that should be looked into. By the verifiers I mean respectively Zyphur, x9, Vic, and Jansen.

 

Oh yeah note that Wizz1's reports of the two users for Guide Leaking obviously proves that that is the shit misleading guide he was indeed selling for 50$.
