The website fails to refund in cases of a scam. The website will deny a buyers dispute if the buyer fails to provide screenshot evidence proving that a trade has not taken place, even though the website does not state such a policy. The website in many cases refuses to refund buyers and sellers even in cases where evidence is provided. The website also refuses to re-investigate any disputes and considers all disputes final and will suspend any account attempting a paypal, chargeback or legal dispute with the company. Playerauctions.com is also actively promoting it's website on sythe using giveaways and playeractions own signature imagery for promoting its website and sales of virtual items.

PlayerAuctions has countless complaints inthe playerauctions-issues-resolution-thread. Majority of which have been ignored or in rare cases the dispute has been in favor of seller.

Post this again but just pertaining to your personal case please. Try to follow the sythe rules regarding proof and such, I've given your post a read over in the other thread and I think you have a good case. We just can't help you with this wall of text rant nonsense. Just treat it as a simple scam report, you are the victim, playerauctions is the scammer (allegedly)
