Wizard gate recovered my rs account

Proof of payment: Only the messages really this was in 2016 and he suddenly recovers and i found the account reposted.

Tried contacting him constantly on skype, he finally replies today and trolls me lol. Never thought to report since i know i wont get the account back but man this is just sad. Its clearly the same account, he clearly did it.

It seems he no longer has access to the account you're the original owner of if I'm following correctly. Please recover it and return it to him.

alright give me a bit to recover it ill pm him details once the recovery goes through but it wasnt me that recovered it

 

ive been trying to recover it but like he said this was years ago that the acc was sold i deleted all recovery info i had on the acc and dont remember it i can keep trying but i doubt ill get it recovered idk wot hes done with the acc the past couple years but his loss of access isnt in anyway my fault

 

Its the wrong account but you have the account posted up for sale. I gurantee the login to that account is the exact same as the one i'm trying to have recovered. You agreed to be the backbone of that sale, therefore honestly i'd see you as accountable for this entire thing especially since YOU HAVE THE ACCOUNT POSTED UP FOR SALE.....

Even if he does recover it realistically he kept all my items on the account so i'm at a loss. If he'll refund that would be awesome. He was trying to resell it for the original 130$ i paid...

u want me to refund a guy that bought an acc years ago that didnt post an ounce of proof that theres been any foulplay? how do i know he himself didnt resell the acc and is aiming for an extra buck? this is ridiculous not 1 single bit of proof cus there isnt any cus the acc didnt get recovered he either still has access to it or sold it either way not my problem

 

Bro you have MY account for sale, which is why we know there is foul play lol. Give it up

 

@Wizard Gate regardless of your opinion on whether or not you should refund the current precedent and rule is that without an agreement at the time of sale that states otherwise, original owners are ultimately held liable for their accounts after sale if they can't recover and return it to its rightful owner. Also if the integrity of the account seems compromised, the precedent is that, once again, a refund is in order.
