Withdrawing from a restricted paypal account.

Basically I have a paypal account with around $120USD that was restricted a long time ago, now they allow me to withdraw but heres my problem, firstly the account is not in my name (its in the name mysterious dragon which obviously isnt anyone elses name). Does anyone know if theres anyway i can still get the money from this (such as a service like being able to open up a US bank or aussie bank account in another name)

Currently have contacted paypal customer service telling them my problem however I don't expect much from them, not to mention i don't even remember my email account password at current (although working on figuring it out)

Anyone got any suggestions?

EDIT:: got email sorted as i found a way to change my paypals primary email so now ill see what they say after emailing them.

Is it the password for your paypal account or the one for your email account you don't remember?

Because if you have the password for your paypal account, then you don't need the one for your email account?

 

I have the one for my paypal, but still working on email one however i dont think you can receive messages from paypal without the email address so i think if im gonna get the name changed im gonna eithor have to figure it out or call them

 

Paypal limited my account recently. I rang them up, said that its limited and i want it returned to its normal state and they just said "okay, i'll do it right now for you" and they did lol.

 

From what I understand, you don't know how to get the money off your paypal account and into your hands? If it's limited, you'll have to get it unlimited first. Then since the account's not in your name, send it to a paypal account that is in your name and then forward the money to your bank.

 

really? I'll give that a try later tonight although I've heard from others that their customer support is rubbish and won't do much

And Dark, the problem is that I can only withdraw funds but can't send/receive as the accounts been limited, and I cant withdraw as its not in my name (in name of mysterious dragon) and to withdraw your bank details must match your paypal name etc and thirdly i can't get it unlimited as its not my correct name I cant send them proof of name for ownership etc

Yeah definately give customer support a shot, worked for me. Took like 2 minutes maximum lol.

 

Now, you should donate some of that to sythe D:

If you get the account back just add a prepaid cc to it, and that should take care of it. Then just send it to a new/your paypal.
