Extreme Aphx/Sadly Never/Iceyman

hello mods I have been banned on iceyman and ive understood this so I tried to make extreme aphx and then I was banned without selling or doing anything. then it told me I could not make my new account sadly never because of reasons. when I was banned on iceyman it was not on my ip but one of an ohio ip aka my friends I had no access to the account at the time I just want to be able to rejoin and get some alotic gp. thank you.
