why does lucky have to refund when someone gets scammed but rs crown gets to scam 700m? How is that fair??

@King messed up the report because here:

States a Sythe PM is required so he actually screwed up that report - Luck should not of had to pay that guy 90m and had I saw it in time I would of warned him.

Unless theres a PM in a hidden post that report was butchered. Which it happens :shrug: staff are human and I'm not blaming anyone but the same ruling that happended on the RS CROWN report should of been applied here, instead it was not because I don't think King even knew about the new sticky by Video.
