amok possible scammer? request TwC or ban

so, he was going to sell me 1 month of membership through paysafe for 11m... then another 1 month of membership for 12m (two seperate trades). So, win4fun was MMing the trade when he went to add the first paysafe card it said insufficient basically it was .80c short... When we confronted him he said there were no fees and it should work..... (there apparently is because it says 8.60 for a membership but advertises it as 7.95). As soon as we told him its still not working he instantly logs off skype. for someone that claims to sell a lot of paysafe cards he should know the price and know their is a fee

also this user is banned on MMO exchange... i believe for scamming
