stall items/ increasing pid

anyone know of any stall items on OSRS? or any way of increasing pid? if there is any way!

 

If people do the typically keep it to themselves and profit off of it, some sell it, but I doubt anyone would just give any away if that's what you're looking for .
Don't think I've seen anyone advertise anything like this for sale recently.
