LeagueOfSmurfs - Stringing me along with their guarantee

First of all, I think they are a good business, I'm not out to try impact that whatsoever. When i spoke with Xhyl on skype before he was a nice guy & helped me out fast (though thats always the case when your buying).

Fast forward 2-3 weeks and my account was permabanned by riot games, not a problem i know the risks. However the website claims to offer a lifetime guarantee if you get banned.

Great! so I contact him on his thread, get no replies on skype from him and so i add the newer skype, a response! They tell me to contact them via the website in which I did, they replied agreeing that I would get a replacement (they said "Alright" not quite clear, i spoke to him on skype and confirmed it after.)



Saturday he told me: "It will be replaced by THIS weekend, i spoke to him today and he said its this weekend coming, 100% not what he said before, he is stringing me along with no intent i think.

Selling loads of accounts still daily, so I feel like i've been reasonable enough waiting/chill about it all.

again I'm sorry I don't want to post a thread about his company as they seem great. But i'm being ignored 23 hours a day.

Thanks, if you need any other proof admins I have it all! please ask, if you think im being unreasonable in my time frame then I will accept later, I posted on his thread over a week ago.

Feels like this is the only way to get a response.
But just to be clear, he technically hasen't "Scammed me at all.

apparently he made a mistake in his text and means the weekend that is upcoming. I will give him the benefit of the doubt and happily wait for it.

Lets just leave this open and i will bump / close it if he delivers, thanks

thanks for re-opening! I gave him the benefit of the doubt but he told me on sunday he won't have one for me, still waiting :/ I didn't spam him, asked him 2x throughout the entire week but nothings really happening.
Truth be told, he told me if i open a thread about it I would void my guarantee and he wouldn't have to honour it at all, which was pretty laughable

I'd bet if I bought one off the website, he'd have one to sell me.



I'm sorry, i'm not trying to screw him over at all, if admins think im unreasonable i'll happily get over it & be on my way.

 

Banned him. That should speed this up for you. He'll need to repay you, then once he has repaid, you can post on the Dispute forum to confirm that he may be unbanned. He'll also need to explain why he has been so slow.
