Paypal - Need Help Urgently

If anyone could answer my questions it would be GREATLY appreciated .

My account became limited whilst I was unverified. I uploaded documents and my appeal was denied.

My bank account is now verified with paypal, yet I'm still limited.

If I add a credit/debit card to my account too, will I become unlimited without having to upload more documents? I don't think paypal will review anymore documents if they are uploaded. This is what paypal said in an email to me..

What can I do to withdraw the money in my paypal to my bank now?

It seems to be that you may have charged back on something that you paid for on eBay with your PayPal Account. As a result, it says that you eBay Account has been closed, and they wanted you to fill out the Limited Access Form so they knew what to do with your remaining funds.

Your best bet would be to cancel your PayPal Account, and have the remaining funds sent to your house. In doing so, you can put the funds in your Bank Account, and create a new PayPal Account.

On the new Account, just link a Debit Card from your Bank (if you have one), and add the Bank as well. Obtain a Bank Statement after a few days, and enter the numbers required for verification.

In doing so, you will now have a PayPal Account that you can continue to send and receive money on. As for your current Account, it does not seem that PayPal has any interest of you being able to use it, as they have said:

Thanks for the reply. Paypal originally limited my account because I purchased goods (worth £279.99) on ebay with an unlimited account. I didn't charge back the money, however paypal still limited my account.

How will I be able to have my remaining funds sent to my house?

Furthermore, it says whilst my account is limited, I will be unable to close the account. Do you have any input on this?

Ah, I see. You were most likely limited because of the outstanding amount of £279.99 was spent, and PayPal has no background about your Account, and they want their Users Verified if they're making such great transactions.

Well, I figured that you could close the Account, but I forgot that you Account was limited. >_<

I do now. What exactly is it that PayPal is requiring that you do in order to make your Account unlimited?

If there are certain things that they require, then I would send them those, and then call them.

Paypal have asked me to upload documents to prove my location and my identity. I have scanned my 10 year British passport onto my computer, along with a utlity bill. My appeal has already been denied.

If I contact paypal through e-mail, 100% of the time I recieve a response which doesn't relate to my question.

When I contact paypal by phone, they put me on a waiting list to speak with an agent, and I don't particularly feel like waiting 15 minutes on an international number (the costs).

The main aim is to get the funds off of my paypal account.

Well, if they are wishing to identify your location and identify, then you should be uploading pictures to them such as your house, your drivers license, and perhaps pictures of some mail that you have recently received.

I see. I know that this can happen time and time again, but what is it exactly that you send and they reply? Have you actually e-mailed them before, or do you just not want to?

I can understand this one, I suppose. I didn't think again that you would be calling with an international rate, which would get quite expensive quick, and render the money in your PayPal almost useless.
