Since I've never heard of him or his discovery and searches yield almost no valuable information, do you mind explaining more about it.

 

Guido Landi is a consultant at Communication Valley. He was a security engineer at Uniteam INIT SRL and a customer support at KPNQwest Italia SPA. He wrote the book "Manuale di diritto amministrativo" he discovered Italy's "Car Racing"
