What will a OS download let me do? Could I reformat my computer this way?

Also.. Skype screenshare doesn't allow you to actually remotely control someone else's computer. You would need to let them log in or something. Idk. Personally, I wouldn't let them log in unless you plan on watching them over the Skype screen share then changing the password afterwards.

 

I will screenshare my computer so you, the buyer, sees that the file is indeed a non-tampered with legit 100% operating system download directly from the TechNet site. also yes a new operating system is the way to format your hard drive and wipe it completely. you must partition your hard drive in order to do this correctly though. (split the hard drive apart and wipe the big amount you want to use and then have a spare hard drive to keep the operating system program file on incase you want to format/wipe your hard drive again
