Need [short?] Java Project done

It needs ~9 methods, and must have javadoc comments on it. You don't have to do the javadoc comments, but obviously I'll pay less.

This is beginner to intermediate level Java. I need someone to do this because I haven't taken Java in over 2 years, and I'm taking the next level of java, in which it's understood you know to do java.
