How much money is average to take out with you?

Posting this as I would like to know how much it changes because of the currency in each country.

I mean going out, in general; partying, going out for dinner, etc.

 

I just use my credit card, it helps my credit score and I don't have to deal with change. I get a 2K spending limit a month, obviously I don't go no where near 2K but I don't deal with cash really.

 

I usually have over $200 cash on me unless i'm partying, in which case I will probably bring like $30 because I tend to lose things when i'm not sober lol.

 

The only thing you would be drunk off is probably too much hosting in DDyce.

 

Spend a grand at the bar per night that's just how we do

 

I usually take 30-40$ With me, i don't take much in case i lose it/it gets stolen!

 

I take about £60 cash if I'm going for dinner or something. Out partying probably about £250-300. I don't usually use it all but there's nothing worse than having no change for a taxi home..

 

I take about 5 euros as I only go out for a coffee.

 

Lol trust me, I've ended up walking home many times.

 

I often take 50$ or more with me when I am going out with friends, or even more if I am dating a girl. It depends on the situation.

 

I take like 50$ if going to the movies if not and going to parties I would take like 100$ 125$

 

Thats a lot dude, why do people take so much when going partying? Alcohol price is expensive in your country? (Alcohol or whatever you would buy)

Like when I go to parties I take around 40$ max and I got enough for a taxi + drinks

Depends what you're drinking and how many rounds you buy.

 

If going to a club
75$ + credit card (which is rarely used, but better be safe than sorry)

If a pub
40$

If any other, say hanging out with friends
10-20$.

I haven't gone clubing in so long.

 

I live in China. When i go out for a large dinner, and a night of drinking and bbq after its about 60USD

 

Well for a nice dinner with a lady, about $80-$100 depending on how much we drink. Parties I buy everything ahead of time and take it with me. When I go out, about $150.

 

I mostly use my card for stuff but I always have $90-$100 in my wallet. I pretty much only use cash to loan money to friends.

 

I almost never carry cash. Only if I'm going to a place that I know specifically will require me to have/use cash will I take it. I usually just use my credit cards. I pay them off every month, so it's not a problem.

 

Depends on what I'm doing, but usually $20-50, and on special occasions, up to $100
