Will Sata HD work with Sata II?

Alright. My current HD is 250GB Sata II.

I have a second slot ready so I can stick in another HD.

Dell offers me shit expensive gay HD's so I wanna buy another 250gb off newegg.

I wanna buy this one:

Will Sata work even though its not Sata II? its the same shit right? The plugins on the picture are exactly the same as the current HD I have

 

yep it will. might need to configure the drivers after words but if they are both SATA it should work. i recommend getting a bigger one 250gb fills up quick.

lol i have 500Gb so far but only got like 100Gb left so i might be getting more.
