    Cant find one via google search and a kick search on RsBuddy. Anyone know of one ?

    I cant use lunars on the account. So that string spell is out of the question..

    Try RSBuddy's Master Crafter. I don't actually know for sure if it can, but it doesn't hurt to try and see.
