Try King tjin, he just did my level 55 Pure for 30m.

 

You could just get 70 range that would decrease the price by alot as thats a minimal requirement on alot of capers rules or w/e, but thats probably why you posted this so yeah try WLBarkers service or King tijn as jake said gl i hope you get your cape
