Why can't I do this?

Im trying to start the quest "Spirit of Summer" I have looked on tip.it, runehq quest guides and the starting point is not on my map where it should be, how do i start this quest can anyone help? have i missed something lol

 

With the new updates it could possibly just be a strange error. Try logging out and hopping to a different world. When I was questing before I was having similar issues and this fixed it.

Thanks for the advice bro but this hasn't solved it unfortunatly. on the map the quest signed arn't there and even the bank sign in bounty hunter isn't showing up :S

Am i missing something lol? I thought the quest start point was the wildy ruins next to BH

 

You start this quest north of varrock, just before the wilderness ditch.

And there is no Bank at BH anymore..
