Second the user he scammed posted a reply to his sales thread saying the account was scammed off him, so perhaps Wiggle should be required to show evidence of otherwise or he would be banned?

Are you asking whether he needs to show evidence of how he came into ownership of the account?

 

He cannot provide it as he claims that the accounts were banned in game.
