whynotecstacy=scammer (proof)!

Ok, so I needed some pins. I contacted whynotecstacy on msn, and he pmed me. I sent $6 to his paypal and claimed/canceled for 2 pins. He gave me 1 pin, which didn't work, and then I had to go, and he said that he would give me 2 real pins later. Well, a day or 2 later, we were both on, and I asked him to give me the pins, and he called me a hard ass, and blocked me.
Whynotecstacy scammed me of $6. Please ban him.
