Why Wont They Unlock My Main!

have any of you guys ever had the same problem? your leet main gets locked after some fag hacks it and you cannot unlock it because you havent played on it for 2-3 years prior to that.

well it happend to me, and i can seem to unlock every other account BUT this one. i have even unlocked a few of my mates accounts from my ip and it works. FAGEX is just being gay and wont give me my maxed acc back any tips?

i will pay the person who gives me the tip that unlocks it. so far i have tried, putting in the recovs, previous pass, it dusnt have email registered and i cant remember the first membership pin, but i did tell jagex what i did on the account just before i got locked.

any helpful tips will be appreciated.

 

Usually I added the internet provider it was created on, like the actual company, I mean don't quote me or anything but I did feel like that helped a lot as it was somewhat unique. I recovered some accounts that I created with that provider that I had no other information on really other then the first few passwords.

 

Just fill in everything you can Put the oldest passwords, All the creation dates and everything, Like internet provider Eg: Comcast or Aol
Then try in the box for extra info you could put some more previous passwords that you had before, just really find any information that is lightly relevant and put it ALL in there!

yeah in the extra info box i put like the things i did. like what skills i leveld and everything right before i was locked. but ill try that.

 

how do accounts get stolen?

 

The most common way is by hijacking it threw the appeal system, this is mostly done with old inactive accounts and is basically just guessing recovery information.

 

yeah basically they guessed it .

 

Somethings I like to put for addition information are:
First 99
special items in bank
Holiday items
first people on friends list

Etc.

Stuff that only you would know example:

"when I started this account all i did was woodcutting, I didn't do any other skills until i was 67 woodcutting"

I'm not sure if jagex can check everything on your account like account history of what you've been doing for the last few years but that always seems to help.

 

They're fond of the I.P. you created your account with or spent the most time with the earliest, along with the actual date of creation. Past PINs you've used that were accepted by them. Sometimes just reasoning with them saying "it's been 2-3 years now guys, how can you expect me to remember this that and the other thing." It worked for me at least aha they wanted my original I.P. date of creation and original location for creation... until I told them it's been 6 years and I can't remember the exact date or I.P.

 

I got denied two times for my main, then I said Thanks and god bless you JaGex in the extra info box, and it got accepted. I don't know if it was the Thanks and god bless you part, or just luck.

Just keep trying is all I can suggest!

 

All you really need is one of the prev passes (Best if it's the first). You need the creation year, ISP and move date if you have it. Also if it has been member, the member email. Also any other info in that box. That's all you need to actually recover it. If you don't know the info don't even bother because it makes your appeal look fake. If you need extra help hit me up.

no lol its locked? and i will try the ip i played on for a bit, but yeah i wont remember. and i remeber some other recovs i set. ill use them
