why was my dispute denied?

OK so heres the appeal I made last time, I just want to know why my appeals have been denied?

Ok so heres the deal, I had this trainer from sythe, and he was a scammer. The password to my runescape account and sythe account were the same, so he tried to scam my runescape account but failed, so he was smart and stole my sythe account. I didn't make the last 20 or so posts on the account before it got banned(benyamica). So it was banned and I hadn't realized why I was banned yet, so I made a new sythe account until I found out why benyamica was banned. I finally found out that it wasn't my fault that he was banned, so I made a ban appeal. There was no reply to it for a long time, so I started using the new account(trainersaremyfriends) until It was appealed or someone responded to it. After months of waiting I find out no one responded to it! So I made a new appeal, and trainersaremyfriends gets banned for ban evading. Please I just want benyamica back, I don't care about trainersaremyfriends, I was wrongly banned and I would like benyamica to be unbanned and the password emailed to me. If there is any questions or problems I just said please reply what they were so that we can work them out. Please, I have been waiting for a really long time."

 

You were banned for scamming, your sythe account is your responsiblity, how many languages do you want me to say it in?

You'll have to pay back whoever got scammed, and get them to say it in the this section confirming they have been paid, then we'll consider an unban.
