Why was magi Temp banned?

I just need an update why he's has a 1month banned

he was banned for 3 infractions, He never didn't anything wrong Proof please.

First of all: Magi only had 1 point and one warning (only 1 point)

and he has no idea why he got Banned and where the other 2 infractions came from.

3 infracts= 2 weeks, Not a month Ban

Atomic's been trying to get me for a while now since he tried to pin the flaming infraction on him -.-
