[Nick] Banned?

Hello I recently reported someone who scammed me only to find out that I was banned for evading. I have NEVER been banned on any account so i find that extremely annoying. My thoughts are that the person who hacked my account (A few months back) had the IP from the banned person. I was hacked a while back and contacted Nick who temp banned my account and we were able to recov. I also talked to xFirez and he said the IP's I was matched with were from New York and i live in California. I am sorry that i haven't made this thread earlier but i have been extremely busy due to school etc.
