Characters Gone?

So anyway, i'm trying to regain access to my character which, I have forgotten the email of. I know the characters in-game display name, which seems like it is not viable enough to find a recovery of it as it has been inactive for some months now. I have twitch videos of the account which are a year old, but I cannot review them to see if I logged in and blocked the password out.

I've recently made an account member which I thought the character was attached to, logged into '07 and failed. Started on tutorial island. Highly frustrating I don't know what to do now as everytime I try recover my character they ask for my email, which I do not know for the account, and it seems the display name means nothing now?

I've sent Jagex a message and they told me there was no character linked on the account by that name to '07. I only have two emails which I use so i thought it obviously would have been linked to the other. This failed too.

Wtf do I do.

 

Either you're trying to recover an account that is not yours, which, the story you've provided seems to be the most reasonable answer, or your player data was lost, which is highly unlikely.

I would email Jagex with the username and recovery questions, tell them you are not sure what email you used and they will send it back to you (assuming its yours).

 

I would just keep trying to email Jagex to figure this out.

Seems like this isn't your account due to the username not being registered. The user may have changed username, that's only if you're telling truth

 

Yeah, you should definitely try to get in touch with Jagex again. Something like this doesn't happen often.
