Fastest method of getting 60 to 70 att/str/def?

 

Desert bandits are AFKable. Most of the Stronghold 2nd floor will do well, too.

 

Maybe your levels are too low for bandits. Try experiments under fenkenstrain castle?

 

If you can spend money, bandits. Otherwise, spiders in the SoS (?)

 

Bandit need pray pots or can i use food? also equipment?

 

use protect from melee and bring prayer pots.

 

Thats gonna cost alot

 

Yaks will do the job depending on quests you've done.

 

If you can buy Guthans.

Go to bandits with guthans and zammy arrow equipted or something.

find an empty room, they will auto attack you, and you will heal from the guthans.

download an autoclicker, set the auto clicker to every 3 minutes or so and leave the mouse on top of the "Run" button thing. So every 3 minutes the auto clicker will turn it on and off so you wont log out.

Ive dont this overnight many times and got 99def using this method.

 

try afk at bandits or go do slayer

 

Like they said Bandits would be a good method. Use super sets or protect from melee and use Prayer Pots. You could do experiments which are decent exp. You could also do Yaks but I dont know how crowded they are these days.

 

I cant buy wear Guthans yet cos im not 70 defence or attack.

If you can, go to amoured zombies, if you can't I would suggest yaks.

 

just do slayer tasks

 

armoured zombies, giant spiders or bandits

 

Yaks are good just world hop until you find a dead world.

 

In this order i'de say:
-(AFK) Bandits
-Armored zombies
-Giant Spiders
-Rock crabs

 

Well i personally am F2P and went to the spiders in stronghold security

They are really fast xp if you are f2p and don`t really take much time as you can AFK them most of the time .

However do take some swordies as you will lose a lot of health at your level .

 

There are zombies that are in the stronghold of security that are relatively uncrowded, there would be a pretty good place to train for your levels.
