Your point being what? Last time I checked people don't get banned for having three or even four infractions, and you know that alteast one of the ones I received wasn't really warranted - if not two of them.

This isn't something I like seeing around here. You guys are already way too strict about spam and if you start ignoring whether or not something was warranted because "its only three days" or "its only a week" then that is not a good thing.
