Should the Electronic cigarette be banned from Persons under 18?

I recently received an Electronic Cigarette as a gift and I find it pretty useful it cut my regular tobacco usage in half. My question to you guys is if a person must smoke under the age of 18 do you think they should be able to use this kind of product to prevent damaging themselves I mean they will eventually rely on nicotine, but I was thinking if I had this a while ago I'd of been better at many things I did growing up. By the way I started smoking at 14 currently 18.

 

I would say no because regardless of the other contents in cigarettes, nicotine as a substance is addictive. That said, if someone had to smoke, I believe that electronic cigarettes are a healthier and probably cheaper alternative to normal cigarettes.

 

Agreed and yes they are cheaper in the long run I can spend $40 and be content for close to 2 months.

 

Yes they should be allowed to under 18's infact them should promote it somehow

 

This is like asking if the little candys that resemble cigarettes should be for 18+ people. There is NO reason for keeping it for 18+ except the fact that it looks and smokes like a cigarette. So? The only reason cigarettes are 18+ are because they are harmful to the user, so one would need to be mature enough to decide and take upon doing so (18 is the decided age). But these Electronic Cigarettes pose no harm, in fact, HELP.
