I can't download MSN

After spilling water on my old laptop,(which was silly of me:embari bought this new one and someone it won't let me download MSN. I tried alot of things including changing security settings. But i just can't download it. Help? Please? here's the pic:

You may have MSN as a restricted site, To find out go to:

If its not there then maybe you should set your your internet security to "medium" or "low" and then try downloading. If it still persists then check all your firewall/Anti-virus settings for anything that may prevent you from downloading MSN. That is the best I can help you with for now, ill search around for any other possibility's that you can try.

 

Damn,it still dosen't work. and plus, I actually can't download anything right now.

 

I would assume there is some kind of restriction. Double check your security settings, any anti-virus you have, Windows Defender etc.

 

if you have windows defender or firewall disable and try again

 

Uncheck all the unneeded things, maybe one of them violates whatever security you have.

If it still does not work, just get someone to send it to you or ask me or someone to upload it to www.uppit.com or something.

Also if your on a vista, make sure you run the instillation as an administrator.
