Hello, My name is Joshua Butler, for the 2 people on sythe who didn’t already know that.

I'd like to state that although my join date is in 2008, I put Sythe on Hold, and only rejoined the site and community in around June of 2011. A month after the event happened.

The ban reason itself.
In May, When I was just getting back into Runescape. Somebody tried to Phish me, over skype, with the url "http://rsgold2go.leadhoster.com/" Playing Runescape for years, I knew this site was complete BS, and called him out on it, he admitted, and so I asked how much it had cost for him to run this sort of site, he said it had cost "Quite a lot of money" That turned out to be lies too, I looked on YouTube on how to create a phish site of my own, but I couldn’t quite get it working, but what I did work out, is that If I took someone elses well -made phish website, and simply added "/passwords.txt" at the end of the URL, I could too, see, the users and passwords that everyone had submitted. When I Did this, I saw a long list of usernames and passwords, I tried most of them, but none of them worked, until I found one right at the very top, when the password was accepted, and I saw the amount of stuff in his bank, I turned extatic and a little too big for my own pants, bragging to all my friends about my "1337 Hacking Skills". The website wasn’t created by me, and I regret every second I spent that day, because now it has come back to haunt me. The account had only around 10m worth of items on it, I fully admit to stealing around 10m's worth of items from that account. At that time, that was an insane amount of money for me. My IRL friend, who also played Runescape at the time, kept persuing me about how I was able to get the password to that persons account. I explained to him the phish, but not about typing /password.txt on any leadhoster site just to easily acess the information. Intrigued, he wanted to create a website of our own to phish, and split anything we phished, 50/50. I made a YouTube account, to post a few times on a big youtube runescapers videos to come to our site, hoping to get people, But he went and made a video and uploaded it, Advertising both sites, "http://rsgold2go.leadhoster.com/" and "rs2merch.leadhoster.com" I believe, I told him I owned and made both of them, I didn’t, but that didn’t actually matter, they looked legitimate, and I knew how to see what people typed into them. We didn’t phish a single person, and we forgot about that whole business of phishing in a week. A few weeks later, I realized I could buy money online, a few days after that, I remembered I had a sythe account, and that’s when I became active again. I'd also like to state I deleted the Facebook photos out of pure embaressment, that I had done something so low, not because I was going to claim it wasn’t my Facebook in a dispute. If I could, I would pay back the owner 10x worth what I took.

I am immensely regretful for what I did, but I ask that the Sythe.org staff consider my pardon not on the grounds of a mistake made 6 months ago, but on the content of my legitimacy throughout my Sythe career. I Hope you reconsider me into the community and are not just happy because you have found a reason to do-away with a nuisance. 3 Days ago,I donated $15 to sythe to get my $50 rank and User title, I was extremely happy that I could do this and that I had made it that far.

I hope the sythe staff can consider myself A good contribution to the community, rather then a hindrance or burden.

In my eyes, these were my contributions:
$50 Donator (I donated $15 the night before I was banned and would sooner die than to chargeback)
30 Vouches, Both accumulated from my questing service, and my Upgrade sales, all were happy customers, most going first to me.
Was active, in most sections of the site, not just market, before I was banned I was making an appearance in the Minecraft and League of Legends sections.
Helped out the stressed in the Personal Support Section.
Upheld, to my best efforts, my dignity & maturity.
Never had a scammer report filed against me
Have not Or will Ever Ban evade.
Helped staff (Quested for Giv, Bought Finns eBook, Bought farcasts sig space)

My immaturity on the site: Posting my picture in the Faces of sythe thread, Johnk, bambino and Austintheman saw that I looked young, and they had found a new person to pick on, it would seem. They photo shopped my image a lot, which made me feel like the whole community had hated me simply because I was young. I admit, that I did make a few threads to provoke them, being a little troll. My next big mistake was opening up to the Support Forum about my woes of being upset that I was ridiculed in my life for being self conscious about my weight. Trolls managed to drag this out of the support forum and started calling me "fat" and such in different sections of the site, which was really upsetting for me, considering I was going through some Real life problems.

Everything above is the cold, hard, truth. I've read disputes, and lying in them just makes things worse , and in the end, the mods find out everything.
I Honestly believe I was extremely immature at some times on the forum: The general community disliked me because of that, and it could have been easily changed around, I should of listened to Sexymistahbee. If allowed to return, my character will have an outstanding reform.
Even if the end result is to start up on another forum, exercise maturity for 6 months, and to come back, I will have felt my time spent here had meant something. I love the sythe community, and hope that a 6 month old mistake can be forgotten, my regret almost makes me sick. If Karl or anyone chooses to shoot down this pardon, then that is their decision and I respect that, and them, they deserve to be staff and I had always respected a staffs authority, even if I didn’t agree with it.
I want to apologize to Pureplox, I treated you poorly when you were banned for posting my real name, I shouldn’t of taunted you, I hope we can reconsolidate, the bad karma followed me around and it was your posting of my real name which lead to Piramid finding my Facebook and getting be banned.
