olds school pking

hey brothers ive bin gone from 07 for about 5 months
just wondering what the wild looks like right now
is there low lvl pking still in genral if there is lvls 35-50 pking
and whats the genral lvl of pkers they all high lvls now?
i would wanna come back and make an obby mauler if not
ill just hop onto my old main if i can recover the email
this is kinda stupid to ask but i dont have alot of money
