Why is Dorianking banned?

Well, I was talking to Dorianking on msn, and he told me he was banned. I asked why, and he said the message he gets was because he leeched a rwt guide. Now this is the only report against him here
and Daily says there isn't enough proof. Now, why else would he be banned? He told me he has bought no other rwt guides.
