can you get someone in trouble if......

can you get someone in trouble if I sent them money for something like rsgp, phat, etc. via Western union and they keep it without giving you anything?

I am not saying i have fallen victim to this, but i cannot help but to think about this possible scenario when buying something...



so the question remains... can someone get in trouble for essentially scamming the WU cash you send them?

 

I am pretty sure if u complain to western union and tell them the situation, they will do something, like talk between you guys ect, but am not 100% sure.

Actually no, sorry. They're buying a virtual item which according to Jagex copyrights law you cannot sell in the first place.

As sad as it is they cannot get into any trouble legally, although if your lucky SOMEHOW western union might retract the payment with proof as I don't think they will go into detail on the copyright law of Jagex Ltd.
