Someone tried to murder me this morning and make it look like an accident (True story)

So, I go to leave this morning only to notice about 1 minute and 45 seconds later just before I was going to get on the highway that my drivers side front tire is flat. Upon investigating the tire I notice a nail was stuck inside of it. Now at this point I start thinking of all possible options of how my tire would have gotten a nail inside of it just 1 minute and 45 seconds after I leave my house (conveniently about 20 seconds before I'd hit the highway). I then decided to walk back to my house and watch the video footage from last night, and notice at 4:28AM someone jumped my gate and placed a nail up against my tire and propped it up with a rock so it wouldn't fall over until I pull out of my driveway. The subject was wearing all black with gloves and a mask, Guard dogs are no longer permitted to be inside

I mean, you're certainly going to scare the wits out of her, but no judge will stick that charge. Cutting your break line, for sure. But slashing a tire, as with your case and most others, ends with major inconvenience, not death. It'll be a hefty destruction of property and trespassing fine, but I would be surprised if even one night of jail time resulted from your law suit
