Why I am not allowed to express my bad experience with a forum user (seller)?

Even though I did not order anything of him, I was still treated horribly when I was trying to order a power leveling service, I still think I have the right to give some feedback.

 

Post it in the spam forum

 

Posting positive feedback is allowed on the thread itself though..

 

Negative as well. It got removed as you didn't order anything from them. If you ordered something you could have left a comment saying it took too long or that they treated you horrible etc.
